At Pups & Kitties, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering authentic, high-quality pet products. However, if you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, you may request a refund by submitting our official Claim Form within the timeline mentioned below.
✅ Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund only if:

The product is physically damaged, tampered with, or not what you ordered

You submit the refund Claim Form within 48 hours of delivery

The item is returned to us in unused condition with its original tags and labels intact
❌ Refund Not Accepted If:

The claim is submitted after 48 hours of delivery

The product is used, tags are removed, or packaging is missing

The damage is not verified or doesn't meet refund conditions
📦 Return Process

Fill and submit the Claim Form within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will verify your claim and contact you for return instructions.

You must ship the item back to us with original packaging and tags.

After inspection and approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
🕒 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified by our team.
